Find the pattern. Build the plan.

Golf injuries and sports injuries are the core of this practice, and the same one-on-one care applies to everyone. We treat the painful area and look for the movement problem that keeps it coming back.

Start from the problem, then choose the right care

Some visitors know the service they want. Others know the problem they want solved. This page is built for the second group.

Golf injuries

Golf injuries rarely start where they hurt. The lower back pays for a hip that cannot rotate. The elbow pays for a swing that hits the ground first. We treat the painful area and fix the movement that keeps injuring it.

Best next step: Golf Physical Therapy or Golf Performance, depending on whether pain or performance is the primary issue.

Back & Neck Pain

For active adults, athletes, and golfers dealing with recurring stiffness, pain with movement, postural strain, headaches linked to neck tension, or discomfort that is affecting daily life.

Best next step: Physical Therapy

ACL, Knee & Post-Op Rehab

For athletes and active adults recovering from ACL injury, knee surgery, joint replacement, or a rehab process that still feels incomplete.

Best next step: Sports Rehab & Return-to-Sport or Physical Therapy

01

Low back pain in golfers

Pain during the round, after the round, or the next morning. Usually driven by limited hip or thoracic rotation, or by a reverse spine angle or early extension pattern.

02

Golfer's elbow

Pain on the inside of the trail elbow that flares with range sessions. Tendon irritation plus a grip or delivery pattern that keeps loading it.

03

Lead hip pain and restriction

Pinching, stiffness, or pain in the lead hip through impact. Often limited internal rotation that forces the swing to compensate.

04

Lead shoulder pain

Pain at the top of the backswing or through the finish. Rotator cuff, labrum, or AC joint irritation from repeated cross-body loading and deceleration.

05

Knee pain in golfers

Lead knee pain through impact or general knee pain walking 18. Rotational load, weak hips, or an old injury that was never fully rehabbed.

06

Wrist and hand pain

Lead wrist pain at impact, often from fat shots, heavy practice volume, or a grip issue.

Best next step: Golf Physical Therapy if pain is the issue. Golf Performance if the goal is to prevent it and play better.

Sports injuries and return to sport.

For athletes in soccer, lacrosse, football, basketball, baseball, golf, and other field, court, and rotational sports.

01

ACL injuries and post-surgical rehab

From early-stage post-op through criteria-based return to cutting and competition.

02

Knee injuries

Meniscus, patellar tendinopathy, patellofemoral pain, and knee instability.

03

Shoulder and elbow injuries

Labral injuries, rotator cuff, instability, and throwing-related elbow pain.

04

Groin, hip flexor, and hamstring injuries

Common in soccer and lacrosse. Recurrent unless the return to sprinting and cutting is planned properly.

05

Ankle sprains and instability

The sprain that “healed” but still rolls, or never got its balance and strength back.

06

Overuse injuries in season

Shin splints, stress reactions, tendon pain, and the accumulated problems of a long season.

Best next step: Golf Physical Therapy if pain is the issue. Golf Performance if the goal is to prevent it and play better.

Pain and movement limitations.

For active adults who want to keep training, working, and living without pain.

Best next step

Physical Therapy.
