Our Story

I started VIP PT in 2017 because I see the need in the marketplace for one on one personalized physical therapy programs. Whether manual therapy or specialized therapy such as dry needling is required, VIP PT is focused on assessing your individualized needs to get you back in the game.

Our Mission & Vision

It is my goal to change the lives of my patients and the community by providing sound and evidence informed medical advice and solutions to help people to return to an active and healthy lifestyle without unnecessary and harmful interventions. A patient centered approach to pain management, return to function, return to sport, and improving quality of life through the use of highly skilled and individualized physical therapy interventions without the constructs of what we have come to know as the standard of western medicine that is dictated by large insurance companies, over populated facilities, and over worked healthcare providers. I strive to provide the community with the resources and the tools to build a healthier, stronger, and properly educated population that gets injured less, exercises more, and excels in competition.

At VIP PT, we know healthcare can be expensive. That’s why we offer a convenient and transparent option for getting the care you need. We offer a concierge medical service to our patients. Our pricing is upfront and honest, so you always know exactly what you are paying for. We do not accept insurance, but rather can provide you with a super bill for reimbursement. We also accept HSA and FSA cards.

Tiffany Smith

Owner

Tiffany believes it is important to connect the mind and body within therapy. What you don’t address with words will manifest itself in other ways including headaches, stomachaches, avoiding, or snapping on those you are most close with.  Tiffany’s approach to therapy incorporates mind and body by using principles from CBT, mindfulness-based approaches and at times a dose of humor. It’s amazing what our bodies can tell us if we take the time to sit and listen.

When Tiffany is not in the office, she enjoys listening to her favorite podcast, The Read, working up a sweat at BodyJam, traveling abroad with her husband, cuddling with her puppies, decorating, and re-centering during the week with yoga and the Calm app.

"Mike is the best of the best I recommend him for everyone and anyone!! Mike is a very relatable and personal person with a great sense of humor, and I promise will always have you leaving feeling better and with a smile on your face."
